  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 oz imitation crab meat (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup green onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook according to package instructions or in a rice cooker.
  2. In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Sriracha; mix until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in chopped imitation crab and green onions until well combined.
