  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse the chicken under cold water and pat it dry. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, and lemon juice. Rub this mixture all over the chicken.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken in a roasting pan. Pour the white wine and chicken broth around it.
