- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine beef broth and soy sauce. Mix cornstarch with water until dissolved; stir into broth mixture and simmer until thickened.
- Add cooked meatballs to gravy and simmer for an additional five minutes before serving.
