Description

Mini Turkey Meatloaf is a deliciously healthy take on a classic favorite, perfect for busy weeknights or cozy dinners. These individual-sized loaves are made with lean ground turkey and packed with flavorful herbs and spices, all topped with a tangy ketchup glaze. With simple preparation and endless customization options, this dish satisfies cravings while keeping it nutritious.

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (plus extra for glazing)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion in olive oil until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, sautéed onion and garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  4. Divide the mixture into four portions and shape each into mini loaves in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Spread ketchup on top of each meatloaf for glazing.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Enjoy!
