- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian)
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup ketchup (plus extra for glazing)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion in olive oil until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, sautéed onion and garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into four portions and shape each into mini loaves in the prepared baking dish.
- Spread ketchup on top of each meatloaf for glazing.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Enjoy!
