  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Cook the Lo Mein noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots; stir-fry for about 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
