  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (optional)
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
