Instructions

- In another bowl, cream together brown sugar, granulated sugar, and pumpkin puree until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract while mixing.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just incorporated.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them two inches apart.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Cool completely on wire racks.
- For icing, whisk powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Drizzle over cooled cookies.
