- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Pat the turkey dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, brown sugar, orange juice, orange zest, and butter over medium heat until thickened (about 5 minutes).
- Place turkey in a roasting pan and pour half of the glaze over it; reserve remaining glaze for basting.
