  • 1 cup Asiago cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • Freshly cracked pepper, to taste
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, and dried herbs; simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Add shredded Asiago cheese; stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Place seasoned chicken in the baking dish; pour sauce over it. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Serve hot.
