  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 2 medium apples, diced (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith)
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix honey (or maple syrup), milk, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
