Ingredients

  • 8 oz short pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
