  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef flank steak into thin strips against the grain.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to make the teriyaki sauce.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and sear until browned (about 2 minutes).
