  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: spices like Italian seasoning or chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Wash the bell peppers, slice off the tops, and remove the seeds. Set aside.
