  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes per side) or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add broccoli florets; cook until bright green and tender-crisp (3-4 minutes).
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Pour over the cooked broccoli.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, mixing everything gently until well coated in the sauce.
  6. Serve hot, optionally drizzling with extra sesame oil or sprinkling with sesame seeds.
