  • 8 oz egg noodles or spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

Instructions
