  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; sear the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  5. In another saucepan over low heat, combine heavy cream and minced garlic; stir until simmering. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. In the prepared baking dish, mix cooked pasta with the Alfredo sauce and top with the browned chicken. Bake for approximately 20 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
