- 2 chicken thighs (skin-on), chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients: chop chicken thighs, dice vegetables, and gather seafood.
